This policy applies to email communications sent by or on behalf of Gift of Life Alliance, including newsletters, donor communications, event invitations, and organizational correspondence.

• Accurate sender information. We clearly identify Gift of Life Alliance as the sender and include a valid physical postal address.
• Consent-based sending. We send email to people who have opted in, have an existing relationship with us, or have otherwise provided a valid business or donor contact reason to receive our communications.
• Easy opt-out. Our emails provide a clear way to unsubscribe or opt out of future communications. We honor opt-out requests promptly, within 10 business days as provided by CAN-SPAM requirements.
• No harvested or purchased lists. We do not use harvested, purchased, or rented email lists to send unsolicited bulk email.
• No deceptive content. Subject lines accurately reflect the message, and our emails are not used to distribute deceptive or fraudulent content.

Use the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in the email you received. If you cannot find or use those instructions, contact our team using the reporting details below and tell us which email address you want removed from future communications.

Email service providers, vendors, and partners sending messages on our behalf must follow this policy and applicable anti-spam laws. Confirmed violations by staff, vendors, or partners will result in corrective action, which may include ending the sending relationship.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in law or our practices. Updates will be posted on this page.
